if you guys want building contractors (local) let me know. there is a small building contractor off grand and pennsylvania named "makiacon." they can put up a small house in a week. let me know if you want the contact info. i did some work with them one summer putting pavers in for a patio, roof repair, and other random rehabilitation work.
